"A conceptual fashion video for Willy Chavarria 

“beauty only exists if we can see it”

I envisioned creating a fashion video inspired by Willy Chavarría’s S/S26 show Huron. A collection he described as “a prayer for the souls caught in the shadows of ICE, for the families torn apart by borders and steel, and for every spirit still waiting for justice in a land that too often forgets its heart.”

As an American of Mexican descent, I want to use my art to spark awareness and show solidarity. This project pays homage to Mexican American culture in the U.S. while drawing attention to the injustices inflicted by ICE.
